Ordering Process

Here is a checklist to better prepare yourself through the design and production steps.

Have jersey ideas and sample put together. There are online jersey makers online. You can send any images and/or screenshots of your ideas.
Have a color pallet prepared. We do use Pantone & CMYK color systems for all projects.
Select your choice of fonts for the jersey's name plate and numbers. See Jersey Fonts.
Have all your artwork (logos, sponsor logos, etc.) prepared. Artwork needs to be vectored or in line art; AI, EPS and/or PDF formats. JPGs & PNGs saved in the previously mentioned formats are not the same thing. Any artwork that needs to be converted to and/or created for a project will incur additional charges.
Have a list prepared of all your quantities, sizes and numbers for jerseys, socks, pant shells, hockey bags, etc.

Submit your order. Details don't have to be perfect, we can make adjustments through the design process. We'll collect specific details prior to submitting to production.

Once you place your order and provide the above information we will move into the design phase of the project.

We will design an official demo or two to get the project started. These demos will include the actual production files for your project.
Agree on the finished look of the product.
You will need to provide the final quantity, names, sizes & numbers at this time. See Jersey Size Charts.
You will receive an official document of your design, order details and roster list of names, numbers and sizes.
You will need to proofread and approved this document.
Your project will be submitted and an official proof will be provided. This is the last chance to make changes.

We will receive an official proof and make any final adjustments to the project.

Receive and approve the official proof.
Receive and pay your official invoice in full prior to production beginning.
Once everything is approved and paid for your project will go into production.
Receive and approve official print samplings. This is done to make sure the colors are displaying properly prior to full production beginning.
Once the official print samples are approved your project begins the full production process.

Once your project goes into production the clock starts. You will receive your project within 4-6 weeks.
Shipped Direct; if not combined with other shipped orders.
Pick-Up; we will let you know when your order is ready for pick up.
Delivery; we gotta know ya and you live close.
